I will tell you the earnest apple the legendary workman leaves for Tsugaru. The world brand apple Fuji which was made in Japan has the world’s largest quantities. In 1955 it was developed in Aomori Prefecture while the liberalization of import crops was planned. However, the color of the apple Fuji (those days) was easy to change. In addition, its flesh (those days) was also easy to break. Then, one farmer began to take action in order to let the producing area survive. He was Masami Saitoh who was the expert of making apples.
