I will tell you “Dominate the world highest race” ~Isle of Man the youth who poured the passion into motorcycles~.  “HONDA will participate in Isle of Man Tourist Trophy Race and become the world champion.” Soichiro Honda (the founder of Honda Motor Company) said. Isle of Man Tourist Trophy Race is the highest motorcycle race which has been continued since 1907. It seems to be the severest race in the world because the course is 60km/lap, and because there are 219 curves. The project leader who was elected was Kiyoshi Kawashima. At the same time, Tadashi Kume and Shizuo Yagi were elected as development. The riders were Kunihiko Akiyama and Naomi Taniguchi. However, Akiyama died because of the traffic accident. In the same year, Honda won the 6^th prize, but Honda could not become champ. Three years later they swore to be the champion of Isle of Man Tourist Trophy Race.
