I will tell you “Fanatical Heart, like flame the first Japanese my car a ladybird goes to the town”. There is the car which caused the revolution about the consciousness of cars for Japanese. It is SUBARU 360. In1930s this is an epoch-making car because Fuji Heavy Industries (SUBARU) makes it cheap as office workers even can buy the car which was as expensive as a house. Although the displacement of SUBARU 360 is just 360 cc, 4 people can ride in it. This car is equipped with amazing running and suspensions as it is equal to luxury foreign cars, so it was called a ladybird. Its natural parents were engineers of Fuji Heavy Industries who were making buses after the war. During the war, they were smoldering although they had the technique as they could make combat planes. The things which engineers were demanded in order to make the high-performance and cheap car were to be light weight of SUBARU 360 and the development of the suspensions which were light and soft. The thing which inspired the engineers was the wish to the families although there were many obstacles in front of them. This is the story of the men who were putting their hearts and souls for the development of novel car and their families.
